Stay Away From Pacific Host

This company used to have top notch service which is why I've been with them for 3 years now. Lately the service has gone to hell. The downtime got so bad this past winter that they had to move me to another server. In May their payment gateway crashed causing all payments to not go through. They then had the balls to suspend sites for non - payment even after the admitted the payment gateway was their fault and noone could pay via credit card.
