Excellent support & Very good software

Despite bad reviews I purchased the software and everything works fine. Alex replied on time, software works without any errors, email was delivered, etc. Another great thing is that the script is open source code. If you plan to start with email marketing than you MUST HAVE this software.

Easy setup, good support

Excellent support and simple installation process. This tool provides instant mailing, detailed tracking and lots of extra features. Working like a charm for us. Highly recommended.

DON'T BUY!! No Refund given in over a month

I purchased this software and had an error when I installed it. It took a week for them to get back to me about the error. In the mean time I had to purchase a different newsletter program in order to get a product to my client.

I asked for a refund and they still have not given me one, the 30 day money back guarantee is a hoax.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Just sent our fifth mailing campaign with this software and so far we love it. Support is fast and very helpful. Mailing delivery is working like a charm and all the stats are great. Highly recommended if you need fast and stable mailing list manager with excellent support.

DOESN'T WORK

The software doesn't work!

1. problem importing email list: if the names are not pure ASCII (even if you set the import to UTF8), they get garbled. East Asian names cannot be imported.

2. no functionality. no service to fix the problem. I never had one single email get sent out or delivered.

Alex is the guy at Shedix. Whenever I had a problem I wrote to him. However, it takes him a week, or 2 or 3 to write back. It took me over a month to get the software installed but nothing works.
