DOESN'T WORK

The software doesn't work!

1. problem importing email list: if the names are not pure ASCII (even if you set the import to UTF8), they get garbled. East Asian names cannot be imported.

2. no functionality. no service to fix the problem. I never had one single email get sent out or delivered.

Alex is the guy at Shedix. Whenever I had a problem I wrote to him. However, it takes him a week, or 2 or 3 to write back. It took me over a month to get the software installed but nothing works.

Absolutely no customer service, and all of my email newsletters do not arrive in full, some partial, some not at all.

HUGE WASTE of time and will make your business look very unprofessional.
